Freedom from Painful Emotions
In this series of classes we will dedicate each week to addressing a specific toxic mind – called the delusions – and learn how to apply the positive mental opponent. We will discover why these negative states of mind arise and how, through our meditation practice, we can completely eliminate them from our mind. These practical methods will give us the skills to be the confident and joyful person we wish to be.
Freedom from Jealousy & Resentment
In our life we may go through unpleasant experiences, which we can struggle to move on from. We may have difficulties in our relationships at present that stem from past experiences. In this series, we will learn how to let go of these negative minds and develop positive mental habits which will result in future happiness.
Freedom through wisdom
Buddha said that in reality everything is created by our mind. Understanding how our mind creates our world empowers us to change it – overcoming our daily problems and creating a new, better world for ourselves and others.
