Freedom from Painful Emotions
In this series of classes we will dedicate each week to addressing a specific toxic mind – called the delusions – and learn how to apply the positive mental opponent. We will discover why these negative states of mind arise and how, through our meditation practice, we can completely eliminate them from our mind. These practical methods will give us the skills to be the confident and joyful person we wish to be.
Freedom from Anger & Conflict
This series will focus on the meditations and practical methods for transforming anger and conflict. By learning to wholeheartedly accept difficulties we can use them as the springboard for real transformation.
