Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes offer simple practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. Karma & the Key to Freedom

Karma is the natural law of actions and their effects. By understanding the law of karma we can take responsibility for all of our experiences and learn how to create positive karma and purify our potential for future suffering. In this way we can take control of our life and find real happiness within our own mind.
