Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes offer simple practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. Freedom from Attachment & Craving

Living in a constant state of desire or craving creates dissatisfaction in our mind and never ultimately leads to lasting happiness. By developing contentment we can free ourselves from deceptive desires and start to discover a more meaningful way of life.

Like a Cloudless Sky – Meditations for a Clear Mind

Learn meditations to uncover the pure, essential nature of your mind, which lies beneath the usual turbulence of distracting thoughts. Through practicing these meditations we will experience the immediate benefits of a calmer mind and as we gain familiarity we will start to experience a deeper sense of inner peace, clarity and stillness in our mind, which will cause our usual problems of stress and tension to fall away.
