Weekly Meditation Classes

Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes offer simple practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. Freedom from Anger & Conflict

This series will focus on the meditations and practical methods for transforming anger and conflict. By learning to wholeheartedly accept difficulties we can use them as the springboard for real transformation. In this way even challenging people and situations can be used to empower our spiritual growth – and we will also find solution to many of our daily problems.

The Four Noble Truths

In the Sutra of The Four Noble Truths, Buddha says, “You should know sufferings. You should abandon origins. You should attain cessations. You should practice the path.”  In this series we will explore how these profound teachings can be applied practically to our life, enabling us to solve our daily problems and to establish within our minds the path to liberation and lasting happiness.
