Mindfulness is the art of maintaining peaceful states of mind through the practice of meditation. During this morning workshop we will explore practical methods to overcome negative habits of mind and become more positive, making our daily life truly happy, satisfying and meaningful. The workshop will consist of talks, guided meditations and a chance to ask questions.
