Kids Program

Sundays • 11am-12:15pm

Please refer to the class calendar to confirm dates.

While their parents attend the ‘Thought for the Week’ class, kids can attend a special class just for them.

The purpose of these classes is not to convert children to Buddhism but to invite them to make a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement to help them realize their full potential.

Through exploring topics such as love, compassion, patience and cherishing others, children will learn the skills to become happy individuals.

Each class includes a simple meditation, a short teaching, story time and crafts.

Suggested age: 4-10 years.

The Kids’ program is taught by students from the various study programs offered at KMCC.
