She studies on the Teacher Training Program and teaches the Wednesday night weekly class ‘Learn to Meditate’ at the Temple. Her experience of integrating meditation into her daily life, makes her a practical and sincere teacher.
Anne Gruel started attending the Centre regularly with her daughter in the last few years. She currently studies in the Foundation Program and helps teach Dharma to both children and adults at the temple. Her experience as an ESL teacher and a mom inspires her to make learning simple, practical, and enjoyable.
