True Confidence & Freedom from Insecurity

We all want to be happy and secure in ourselves but often base our confidence on superficial things that change and let us down. True confidence is a state of mind that can be cultivated by practising meditation and applying Buddha’s teachings. Learn methods to relate to your limitless potential, gradually let go of insecurities, and develop authentic self-confidence from within that will empower your daily life.

Happiness is a state of mind and something we can train in. Learn profound methods to transform all problems into the very means for experiencing love, joy, compassion and wisdom. Through ancient practices we can increase our capacity to overcome challenges so we remain undisturbed by any hardship that life throws at us, and instead we find real lasting happiness from within.

Stop worrying, start living

There are many uncertainties in this life. When we naturally respond with worry, our mind becomes tight and uncomfortable and it can be difficult to think clearly or enjoy anything. In this series of classes we will learn to replace worry with positive, constructive attitudes so that we can enjoy life with a balanced, peaceful mind.

This four-class series is a perfect opportunity to discover the benefits of meditation and develop inner peace. We are often so busy that we feel we don’t have time to sit and meditate, but actually taking a moment to restore our mind enables us to be more focused, calm and clear.
