The ability to overcome distractions enables us to complete daily activities without stress and is the foundation for training in the path of meditation – which leads to profound happiness and peace of mind.

Learn to Meditate | 4-week series

This four-class series is a perfect opportunity to discover the benefits of meditation and develop inner peace. We are often so busy that we feel we don’t have time to sit and meditate, but actually taking a moment to restore our mind enables us to be more focused, calm and clear.
