The classes are taught in four-week series:

  • Class 1   What is Meditation?
  • Class 2   A Daily Practice
  • Class 3   Developing Mindfulness
  • Class 4   Staying Positive

This four-class series provides a perfect opportunity to learn how to meditate and discover its many benefits. Meditation helps us reduce stress, improve our health and concentration and develop a more positive outlook to life.

By establishing a regular meditation practice we create an inner space that gives us the freedom to respond to life’s challenges in a positive, constructive way.
