Saturday 6 May • 10am – 1pm

With Buddhist monk, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab

About the course

Karma is the natural law of actions and their effects. Every action we perform leaves an imprint, or potentiality, on our very subtle mind, and each imprint gives rise to its own effect. By understanding the law of karma we can take responsibility for all of our experiences and learn how to create positive karma and purify our potential for future suffering. In this way we can take control of our life and find real happiness within our own mind.

The Teacher

The course will be led by Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab who is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada. Gen-la Khyenrab has over 35 years experience and is well known for his powerful and inspiring teachings.
