June 22, 10am-1pm
Our ways of thinking are not all conducive to happiness. We are always thinking of something but we are not often aware of our thoughts and how these affect ourself and others, often negatively. However, we all have the potential to improve and change our bad habits of mind. Becoming more mindful of our thoughts and intentions is one of the basic step in learning to train our mind. Through the practice of meditation and the contemplation of profound teachings from Buddha we can progressively break our bad habits and become increasingly more mindful of our thoughts in our daily activities. This will greatly affect our relationships and interactions with others and thereby make us more peaceful and happy.
