Weekly Meditation Classes

Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. Freedom from Anger & Conflict

This series will focus on the meditations and practical methods for transforming anger and conflict. By learning to wholeheartedly accept difficulties we can use them as the springboard for real transformation. In this way even challenging people and situations can be used to empower our spiritual growth – and we will also find solution to many of our daily problems.

Living in a constant state of desire or craving creates dissatisfaction in our mind and never ultimately leads to lasting happiness. By developing contentment we can free ourselves from deceptive desires and start to discover a more meaningful way of life.

In our life we may go through unpleasant experiences, which we can struggle to move on from.  We may have difficulties in our relationships at present that stem from past experiences.  In this series, we will learn how to let go of these negative minds and develop positive mental habits which will result in future happiness.
