During the adult Prayers for World Peace class, kids can attend a special class just for them. In these classes, children can learn how to develop loving kindness and how to cultivate a positive mind through simple Kadampa Buddhist teachings and meditations. Each class includes a prayer, a short teaching and meditation, and a craft project that explores the spiritual theme of the teaching.
Classes are self-contained so it is easy for parents to bring their kids whenever they wish.
Suggested age: 4-10 years.
