Do I need to have experience in meditation or Buddhism to attend the classes? No. All you need is the wish to improve yourself and the quality of your life.

What do I need to bring to class? Nothing in particular, however if you wish to take notes bring a pen and notepad.

How should I dress for class? No particular clothing is required.

Why Meditate?

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.  We shall be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we shall experience true happiness.  If our mind is not peaceful, we shall find it difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we shall experience a purer and more stable form of happiness. Eventually we shall be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.   Visit for information & videos.
